Xtra Brain Cells was formed because its founders saw how often company executives simply needed someone to act as �an angel on their shoulders� to guide them through the technology delivery process. Our goal is to make senior executives with proven technology delivery skills available to companies struggling with developing a sustainable way to deliver quality technology projects to their companies, i.e., to be that �angel�.

Xtra Brain Cells itself is a technology consulting firm built upon a �network� of independent senior information technology professionals who assist clients in tapping the true power of technology. We realize that technology has the power to forever change the way we conduct our lives -- both personal and professional -- but achieving its potential is not

always easy. The problem does not lie solely in the technology itself. Rather, getting the value out of technology is complex because few people realize that there is not only a technical side, but also a human side and a process side as well. This is true when you are trying to build an efficient internal IT department -- one that can align technology initiatives with the critical objectives of the business
