In our profession, we always joke (and many clients cringe) about a certain large consulting firm that sends in the experienced people to sell you the work and then backs up the school bus and dumps out the �kids� to do the work. At Xtra Brain Cells (XBC), we pride ourselves on putting the very same senior people to work on your project that convinced you we could do the work in the first place.

Our founder, Thomas Jones, is himself a senior technology delivery executive who has spent over 25 years delivering technology to his clients -- both internal and external. During the course of his career, he has served his clients through senior executive roles in consulting, internal IT management and software development. He has seen how brilliant people, with brilliant ideas, but without the benefit of years of experience dealing with the fun and not-so-fun things, flounder and were unable to sustain their technology delivery process in an effective and efficient manner.

This is why he started Xtra Brain Cells.
