Former IT Director, Software Development Director & “Big 4” Senior Executive
Our founder has over 25 years in the IT field and has concentrated his work primarily in the manufacturing and service industries. Having been an IT Director, a Development Director and a Consultant, he has seen the issues and opportunities from both an internal and external perspective.
A sampling of his background include:
• IT Director for a 700+ person services company
• Started two new “Big 4” consulting practices focused on the middle market
• Development Director responsible for 40+ people generating over 70% of a $100 million software company
• In the “Big 4”, he specialized in enterprise implementations and rebuilding / refining client’s internal IT operations
• Led the communications infrastructure development of the first nationwide client-server system
• As an IT Director, he built OOP-like software and software repositories back in the mid ‘80s

Former insurance company CIO/VP of IT
Directed over 35 IT professionals for a $200 million company. Responsible for technology planning and strategy, development, implementation / support, operations, network services and help desk. Ten year career as CIO, with a total of 30 years in the field.
A sampling of his background include:
• Successfully outsourced non-critical operations which resulted in the doubling of the company’s size and a 10% reduction in operating costs
• Reduced staff turnover from 15+ % to less than 4%
• Directed the company’s move into Internet based billing and inquiry
• Led numerous in-house client-server projects in such areas as Sales Force Automation& Production Reporting
• Led the implementation of packaged software for Financial Processing and Human Resources
• Led the development of Strategic IT Plans, development methodologies, career planning and progression, IT steering committee and IT service level agreements
• Held numerous other positions such as Assistant Treasurer, Data Processing Manager and ADP Plans and Operations Officer for the US Army.

Former VP of Client Services for a physicians practice management company
Directed client services professionals for a $200+ million company. Responsible for all client service related activities. Seventeen year career.
A sampling of her background include:
• Directed the activities of over 20 trainers and 70 technical support personnel
• Led the consolidation of 11 practice management systems
• Increased recurring revenue 10% by developing a contract renewal process
• Led the implementation of a Customer Relationship Management system and an Automated Call Distribution system
• Implemented a Key Performance Indicator system for the support center
• Managed the acquisition process and performed due diligence for over 25 acquisitions
• Executed staff reduction plans with minimal attrition of remaining employees
• Held other positions in her career such as VP of Operations, VP of Business Development and Product Manager
